Eating Disorder Treatment

Our program is based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Groups sessions cover body image, relationship issues, stress management, life skills, and medical concerns.

Our nutrition program provides weekly meal support where clients eat a meal online once a week. In addition, our staff develops an individual nutrition program using a non-diet philosophy.

With video conferencing, our staff is able to work with clients as they engage in daily activities. For example, a therapist may work with a client while they are grocery shopping or clothing shopping to address anxiety issues, or a dietitian may join a client at a restaurant or on a trip when food choices are limited. Telemedicine enables us to be with our clients when they need us.

In addition to extensive years of eating disorder experience, we have staff who specialize in in trauma, somatic therapy, equine therapy, and internal family systems.

Included in our program are family sessions and a family group without clients so they may understand eating disorders and work with our knowledgeable staff.
