DIRECT ACCESS is an online service provided for immediate scheduling and intake of patients. Patients can schedule an appointment with a physician, and complete patient forms online using our paperless system. After completing the appointment request and new client forms, Bright Heart Health staff will contact you to confirm the appointment.

At Bright Heart Health is the first Telemedicine Opioid Treatment Program provided to CHOMP patients. Our providers meet with client's through video-conferencing after an initial in-person visit. Telemedicine makes treatment convenient and easily accessible.

Our staff is dedicated to fighting the opioid epidemic. We are physicians, psychologists, therapists, social workers and recovery support professionals who are passionate about helping people to regain power over their lives and health and recover from the devastation of opioid dependence.

We tailor treatment to each patient’s specific needs. We will listen to your story, examine your medical history, and devise a strategy designed to help you to recover physically, emotionally and mentally from your horrific experience so that you can live your life in the healthiest way.
