Biography
Dr. Rosiland Harrington was raised in Kankakee, Illinois and moved to Chicago where she received her BA in Biology from the University of Illinois. She moved to Atlanta and attended Emory University Medical School where she graduated in 2010. She was awarded a grant from the National Institutes of Health to use toward obtaining Masters in Clinical Research (Emory) and studying the genetic affects of metabolism of opioids in pediatric sickle cell patients. Dr. Harrington is a board certified physician in Family Medicine, and is a Diplomate with the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Alabama.
