DIRECT ACCESS is a service provided to Novato Community Hospital for immediate scheduling and intake of patients with addiction or dependency issues, or in need an SBIRT conducted. Hospital staff or patients can:

  • Schedule an appointment with a physician, and complete patient forms online using our paperless system.
  • Begin an SBIRT.
  • Speak to an addiction counselor.

Bright Heart Health and Novato Community Hospital are committed to providing long-term effective care to those with opioid dependency or addiction. Through our partner relationships with Marin Treatment Center, Marin Community Clinics, Helen Vine, Ritter Center, and other organizations, we provide a network of providers to ensure appropriate care is received.

At Bright Heart Health is the first Telemedicine Opioid Treatment Program provided to Marin General patients. Our providers meet with client’s through video-conferencing and eliminating the need to visit a clinic or facility. Telemedicine makes treatment convenient and easily accessible day or night.
